Price opinion on 90 E92

Hi guys -

I'm looking to sell my ride and looking for some dispassionate help with price. I love it so having a hard time determining real-world price.

Basics:
2009 Jerez Metallic Black w/ tan interior
DCT
26k miles
cold weather
tech package
hi-fi sound
moonroof
ambiance lighting
XM
shadowline exterior trim

Upgrades (in case anyone is just dying to buy directly):
CIC upgrade 2010 version to support bluetooth audio stream
BPM motor/DCT tune
Carbon fiber interior trim (replaced sycamore anthracite wood)

There is one carfax report on it. Was rear ended at less and 5mph - bumper replacement. I have all the documentation.
