I have my 2011.75 E90 M3 for sale, listed at $46,999. It was titled in November of 2011 (one of the last E90's made). It is Space Gray and fully loaded, with 23K miles and CPO until November 2017. Competition package, DCT, the works. Pretty much spotless inside and out. No accidents. I'm the second owner. I've gotten a couple calls but no serious interest. I'm at about what I owe, but I expect some negotiating. Am I asking too much, that no one's even making an offer? I had someone offer $38K, to which I didn't even respond. That seemed insulting.
I agree with you. People know when they're making a low offer, and therefore don't warrant a counter or response, imo.
Also, not sure, it's not what you're asking for the car but what the buyer's
budget is.
I just lowered my E90, 2011.5, ZCP, Manual, Slicktop. I am the original owner, 12k miles.
Personally, I bought an 05 e46 last year with 28k miles,,,,I negotiated as much as possible, but then paid up for what I wanted.
Half of the people shooting the random texts, PMs probably aren't ready or able to buy. Maybe I'll buy a winter setup and run mine through the snow/salt.

I think you're asking price is fair but probably on the high side for this site. I agree that the guy who offered $38 probably didn't even have the $38 to begin with.

For what its worth, I totaled my similar spec E90 M3 37k with 37k miles and CPO 8/2015. Geico gave me $53k in June.

remember listed is not the "as sold" price. Check Ebay completed sales listing or Manheim if a dealer will hook you up. You will see that E90-E92 and E93 prices are sliding.

Add in that many buyers only want a coupe, and normally that's a $40k car all day long. Figure the CPO (assuming it can be transferred- you should confirm) adds at least $1.5-2k to get you around $41.5-42k. Note that's going to keep dropping as the Virginia weather gets colder at it becomes even more of a buyer's market and as F80 M3s used cars start to fill the sales channel (already seen some in the high 60's!)

My e90 was a late 2011 build as well. It's a jet black dct with only 5k miles on the clock when I bought it in July. It has cold weather, premium, technology, and competition package and I paid $48k. It did have the mPerformance Exhaust and an extra set of ZCP wheels come with it. It's also all in what you want though. I specifically wanted the e90 (v8) with a certain build and low mileage. I think I got a solid deal but some may say I paid a bit too much. My car still smells like new and I got exactly what I was looking for.

I think $45k is a fair price for sure. Good luck with your sale!

Oh I think I got a very solid deal!!! Some people argued it was too much. My car, my build (slicktop too)... my dream haha. I personally think the low mileage e90s are like gold!

Paying up for what you're looking for isn't wrong.
I'm ready to negotiate on my slicktop zcp 6 spd.
