Need help with shipping a hood please. Help?

Hi,

I'm actually looking to purchase a hood from Oregon. I would like to ask the forum for any suggestions for the best, and most economical method, to transport it down without having to personally pick it up.

Thanks in advance!

I just shipped a hood from PA to CA. It Cost me about $265 including insurance.

I can't remember the name of the company, but I googled "freight shipping" and used a broker.

That's probably the way to go. Took about a week.

Thanks for the suggestion on using a broker. I don't normally ship large items like a hood so wasn't sure what others have used in the past.

For the other "useful" comments.. thanks for the laughs. At least Im laughing.. just not with you.
