I like the front drop of the RD springs, very aggressive.

Im a newb when it comes to wheel stuff, is it possible to get this look with just wheels and tires (no spacers)? Or is the only way to get the aggressive flush look is by adding spacers?

No, the tires and wheels are stock and are more pushed in without the spacers. To achieve the look, you need spacers between the wheels and hubs.

do the spacers cause any negative performance or handling characteristics? I would hate to do a mod that affected the alignment or the tire wear. Did you also need to get longer wheel studs with those spacers?

last, does your car have EDC?

no negative performance or handling due to spacers

alignment needs to be done when you drop the car with lowering springs cause of negative camber wear.. no biggie.. $75-100 bucks

yes you need longer studs, which come with spacers when you purchase them

EDC - yes, and it still works fine.

I think you have convinced me of my first mod.

I plan to take it to a few track days. I would hate for the instructor or my Porsche friends to frown upon the spacers. As long as theres really no negative issues. I plan to change the wheels out later though which i can always get a different offset and no need for the spacers.

So with aftermarket wheels and tires the flush look is doable then correct?

BRO, it's all about the offset. Spacers are optional. You can definitely do this with aftermarket wheels if you order the right offset.

Wow huge difference! looks awesome!

Hows the harshness of the ride, same as stock with the respective edc settings?

Any issues as far as rubbing?

to be honest, the ride feels uncompromised completely. the EDC settings still work and i suppose you can say that the ride is always one setting higher than the EDC.. so softest feels like the middle setting, the middle setting seems like the stiffest and the stiffest is just a tad stiffer the handling is awesome, the car definitely feels like its on rails.. i mean it felt great stock, its just a little bit stiffer with less body roll now with the lowered center of gravity.

i've dropped many of my cars, on just sport springs, race springs, sometimes upgrading the shocks/struts, sometimes leaving stock, cup kits with matched dampers, coilovers, and i must say that this is one of the most "comfortable" drops of all.. definitively recommend.

RD FTW
