when did you first least the car (date please) and it looks as though you do not have the premium package? Is that correct?

It was European Delivery. The factory production started in February, which is when the lease period started. On the paperwork it is officially 2/25/11.
That is correct, no premium package (I wasn't interested in it). Sorry I haven't replied back to anyone who PMed me about this yet. I'm meeting with my realtor today to look at a couple places I'm really interested in. If all goes to plan, I may be ready to drop this lease in a week's time. |

It's first come first serve
bmwlover1985 had PMed me first. I will give him 24 hours to respond from the time I posted the swapalease.com ad. If he isn't interested, or does not respond, KANdaddy has 2nd dibs. dfuzz is 3rd. |

Since I am new to this, could someone explain this to me:
I still have about $26,400 sitting in an account with BMW financial, as I did NOT finance this lease. I paid it all upfront. When this person takes over my lease, do they have to send me the full amount? I need that deposit to put the down on a house. If someone is willing to, and others are not, they will take precedence over the others. Thank you. |

I know exactly how this specific kind of prepaid transaction works. It wouldn't hurt to contact me and we also wouldn't have to go through swapalease if we worked something out. I can't PM, otherwise I would have.
and PS YES I'm willing to prepay! |

KANdaddy and I are PM'ing right now. I don't think he'll be able to pre-pay. Let me hear back from him in a bit to see what he replies with. Otherwise, you'll get the M3, dfuzz. Thanks for being patient. I will call you immediately once I figure out what's up.
