Bmw Alignment Issues

Well...this is my third BMW since 2005, all three brand new and all three needed an alignment. Ironiclly all three cars had an issue with pulling to the left. This time it was very minimal compared to my 325 and 335, they did their test drive and found everything to be normal but I insisted that they put it on the alignment machine and they did find it to be off about 1 degree on my front left camber.

Has anyone else had any alignment issues with their new bmw. Maybe it's just my luck? When the car is completed, is the alignment done at the factory?

I had alignment issues with my M3 when it was new. Once I had the alignment fixed the car felt a lot more planted and less skittish and nervous, which is a good thing with an M3!

Mine also went slightly left. They fixed it at the 1200 mile service.

My alignment seems to be ok as the car does not pull to any side, however I've been dealing with steering wheel vibration at speeds over 75mph. Already taken it to the dealer once, got it re-balanced and it got a little better but the vibration is still there, the faster I go past 75 the more pronounced it gets!
Taking it in again this week, they are saying they will re-balance again but I can already see this being a PITA to get corrected.

I have have every new car re-aligned, they come from the factory within there standard off the assembly line. They do not hand align every car by hand its done by robots.

I was told 20 years ago to have my new cars re-aligned and I do. BMW allows 10% variance in there spec.

I have handed back one car due to it driving left all the time, BMW put 3 different frontends in the car and could not fix it, they could not dial out a 10mm variance.
