This is my winter/track setup, still running PS2s until my Blizzak LM-60s come in hopefully in the next week or so.

many guys run 19" snows on the M3, for as much deep snow I will ever drive in, the 19s will do the job!

i do know what you mean, BUT I hate the OEM 19s painted black, theyre so much nicer like this. Im highly against OEM 19s in black.

The 18's are cheaper. So, as I figure it, I may as well get them because I know I'm gonna go aftermarket anyway.

I just changed my 18s to 19s yesterday. Came with the 18s and I hate the looks of it compared to the 19s! So happy with the 19s!

Ya....thats what I thought when I ordered the M3, I thought Im ONLY going to use them for winter tires (as18s are better in the snow, and cheaper to buy) and for track days. But like I said in my OP, I began hating track days because I dreaded the thought of even putting on the 18s.

I agree--I just did the same thing with mine. Bought a set of powder coated OEM 19" on Ebay. LOVE the result!
