Problem on 360Forged wheels

Just got the CF 5ive wheels for Ferrari 430 but did not find any suitable bolt to mount the wheels.
Since their wheels require shorter bolt to mount the wheels properly. I was told by their staff that it is their company's standard practice not to supply bolt. Your comment is appreciated.

All the problems have been solved................

Curious...

How much did 360 charge you for the F430 wheels you ordered?

Serveral e-mails have been sent a few days ago but I do not hear from them with a proper clarification!
Ouch.

Good luck getting that kind of fitment issue resolved with 360 from half way around the world...

This is exactly why I stress the importance of choosing a wheel brand that has an excellent customer service record.

It may not seem that important when placing an order, but when you're in a tough spot...you will quickly find out how important this little detail becomes.

360 forged is the worst company for wheels in south fl, go to other forums and they ripped a bunch o customers off. Now they are trying to do business as Forged Collection, beware they are the same owner’s just different names. I would NEVER buy a set of wheels from these con artists.

I would send them back and ask for a refund. You have a Ferrari and you don't want something that just doesn't fit properly on there. I would not look for a way to get them to fit on. Plain and simple, they don't fit so they get returned and they refund you your money.

Klassen and HRE both provided my hardware, and I did not have to request it.

360 took off with alot of deposits for wheels that people haven't seen. your lucky you received your wheels. i would just get the bolts and call it a day. besides if you try to call 360 forged they would never pick up the phone. poor customer service!! I lost with them,I knew Jordan the owner now imagine what he would do to a customer he hasn't even seen. but like i said they are doing business as FORGED COLLECTION IN MIAMI. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!
