Correct! I'm fairly new to the area and have really enjoyed it so far, there are some really beautiful back roads, precisely why Motorweek is filmed here coupled with Maryland Public Television being based in Owings Mills as well. I grew up and still do watch it which at the end always notes Owings Mills, MD. Very observant of you.

How's the wear on the tires and brakes? Will they need replacing soon? Also, have the throttle actuators been done yet?

Tires and brakes are in great shape. Tires are matching Michelin Pilot Super Sports all around and brakes have a lot of life left in them with 50K front/rear per CBS. TAs have not been done under my ownership.
