Worked for me...just grab hold using constant pressure straight back.

It worked, but getting the new caps on wasn't as clean as getting them off.

I just replaced them yesterday in less than 5 minutes. The IND viddy depicts an effective procedure. It was simple and didn't break a single tab.

Just did this on my 2011 M3. Mirror caps never removed before. It was the easiest thing ever. I didn't even have to pull hard. Just carefully pulled first underneath until it came a little loose, then did top until a little loose, then worked the corners until they felt loose too, and off came the whole piece. Took less than 1 min to do. Wow! Thanks IND!
