Thanks man! No problem at all I honestly didn't really want to sell this until after summer. This kit hurt a lot of feelings over the summer haha. My favorite kill was an M4 and at the light he was like isn't my car supposed to be faster what is in that thing lol.

Why did you pull the fuel rail instead of just the injectors?

I'm interested and I'm local but I'm not sure I'm ready to buy. Still waiting for rod bearings and the only guy I trust nearby is too busy for the foreseeable future.

Side note, you located near Uniontown area? See an AW M from time to time on 51 when I'm out that way.

Who is the local shop you trust? I would drive out of the area to have it done if it were me!

How hard would it be to retrofit the intercooler?

You wouldn't be "retrofitting" anything. You would need to purchase the intercooler, manifold, injectors, pulley, belt, water pump, and hoses from ESS. The upgrade is $2k after core charge, assuming you buy the tune from ESS.

You would be better off buying a 625 kit. This kit runs 6lbs of boost with no temperature issues. Im usually right below 210 in temps, I have had 0 issues with it. All that was recommended to me was to try not to do 5 pulls in a row on a hot day. Honestly I baby my car until someone wants to play

I'm not doing any shipping quotes until someone is 100% committed to buying it. I'm guessing around 200-300?

You need a tune with all these kits; ESS, VF, ActiveAW etc etc... ESS will provide based on the kit type. This one is tricky as it's a 550 kit with a 595 pulley so you will need to get a tuner to map the kit to the car based on the new pulley. I'm guessing a VT2 595 map would work from ESS, but not sure if the ECU would manage the temps etc correctly???

Looking at this kit myself as I already have an ESS map & ODB11 interface so the map from ESS is cheaper for me, not sure if the smaller pulley is the way to go though. I like doing more than 5 pulls in a row

Ran this for about 5 months so far had 0 issues. I had one of the best tuner in the M3 game tune this setup for me and I wouldn't change one thing.

You will need to purchase a tune for any used supercharger kit you get. It's around $1,000. You can have this kit for around $5k total or you can buy new for around 7-8k. Yes you get a 2 year warranty buying new but honestly how many threads do you see on here that say supercharger broke.. it's not too common.
