Second Cat Delete

I know some of the board members were planning on doing this recently? Will you still pass emissions testing with the second cat deleted? How's the sound, any rasp or droning? Has anyone replaced the secondary cats with resonators, aero turbines? These were very popular with the e46 M3 crowd and did a good job killing the rasp.

I am willing to bet replacing the cats with resonators will cost sub $400 total and will have the same power gains as the $1500+ polished x-pipe ripoffs.

Thanks

I refused to pay the insane price some of the aftermarket companies ask for on an x-pipe
