How much will i get for my 2011 e92 ?

Hi guys, i'm considering selling my e92 m3 for the new m4. But I'm not sure what price will i get, or how much is my car really worth.
My e92 is a 2011 model, with 29k miles, clean title, bought new, and in good condition.
I've made lots of modifications to the car though, so I'm wondering if I can take these into account when I sell it(either privately or to dealership)
I had full IPE remote exhaust system installes, vorsteiner GTS5 bumper, ESS tune and a Vorstiner rear diffuser.
Please feel free to chime in and give me some inputs , thanks.
PS. i'm more towards trading in my car for the new M4 so I want to know what's a reasonable price from a dealership?

Trade-in obviously will be less than selling privately.

I would recommend swapping everything back to stock if possible and selling the aftermarket parts. When I shopped I avoided heavily modded cars like the plague.

A 2011 ZCP car with low miles should bring a strong price.
