Headlamps not working e92 :25i

Hi can any one help identify why none of my headlamps work? The 2 40amp fuses are ok, wiring inside the headlamps appears ok and all other lights work. The scan tool reveals that the lights attempt to start when turning the head lamps on but they do not come on. Is it possible for all 4 light globes to fail at once ???? Ian Sampson

Obviously I am doing something wrong ! Not one reply to my headlamp problem 😢
