Regardless of who goes, try to have them bring an OBD scanner that can check O2 sensor readiness... If they are ready, you know they didn't clear the codes before inspection.

No way, never thought I'd see Foster City mentioned on this forum. I also live in the Sea cloud area (off Pitcairn Dr and Corsica) and have a Jerez black E90. I've always passed by at least 1 or 2 E9x M3's parked along Edgewater Blvd and wondered if they're on the forum.

I'm probably the latest addition to the Bay Area fleet. Just picked up an E90 M3 this week and in the process of getting it registered. I'm in Pacifica.
