- Jerez (A73) on Novillo Fox Red (NCH2)
- Late in-service date 09/29/11- Bought car CPO in Feb 2014 with 18k miles. Since then I put 24k miles in 4.5yrs
- clean title no liens etc and have original manual and BOTH keys!
- stock except ACM exhaust mod, 50% ceramic tint and wheel spacers
- accident free since I owned it and prior carfax was clean too.

More Detail:

- No track days, smoking or launch control. Indoor garage parked.
- F1 Pinnacle ceramic tint 50% all around
- 2014 ACM exhaust mod
- Wheels are OEM ZCP wheels with OEM spec Michelin PSS tires. Rear wheels just freshly powdercoated @ Proformance Industries with new tires. I didn't do fronts as current tires still have decent tread left. One has a curb rash from PO. Turner spacers 12.5" rear 15" front
- Airbag recall done Jan'18
- interior 9/10 and exterior 8.5/10. Front bumper just replaced due to rock chips and deep scuffs from garage attendant
- paint looks good other than typical small rock chips. Rear bumper paint is good but has a 2 nicks from %$%#% garage attendant as seen in close-up pics

Considerations:

- I haven't felt the need for a Blackstone report - Blasphemy, I know
- I drive it year-round albeit mostly weekends only
- while I only go to hand-wash's the front, hood, panels have usual road wear
- Feb'17 I had Detailers Domain do paint correction on rear left quarter panel / trunk area from water mark staining. Came out perfectly - you would never tell but thought I would mention

10/7/14 rear bumper replaced due to garage attendant scuffing it
10/8/14 23.3k oil, brake fluid and microfilter service
9/25/15 29.1k scheduled oil change
10/22/16 34.8k brake flush multi point inspection micro filter
9/14/17 40.3k oil and filter change
1/8/18 41.3k airbag recall done
8/10/18 oem front bumper replacement at bmw dealer

Thanks guys - I will have a better sense once I see the car in a few weeks. Depends on whether the front bumper comes out well. Probably in the 37s is my guess.

Happy with the 50% tint and was lucky I didn't do darker given subsequent crackdown on tints here in NY State.

Detail job is complete and it came out amazing. Listing at $38k which I think is right zip code and will post full pics shortly.

Not likely at the $38k price. Possibly if it were 6MT. Contact EAG, that's your best bet if you want high $30's with a DCT & 42k miles.

Thanks yeah I will give them a shout. I guess eventually I will post FS ad more broadly if no takers. I was hoping to keep in enthusiasts' hands (and cut down on the thousands of tire kickers).

It was weird driving it again yesterday after 1000 miles ED driving the 6mt F80. I'm definitely going to miss the exhaust note and power delivery!

Nice car, this is the second car I seen with the moldings besides my car, it must be a ny/nj dealer doing those door moldings. Anyway I would remove those as I feel it takes away from the car

Car officially for sale now. I also lowered the price a bit in light of some datapoints here and in other sites. I can also work my winter wheel/tire set into the mix depending on price point (currently listed in Wheels FS section).

I got an inquiry about # of owners. Reports list it as 3 owners. It appears to have changed title 5 months prior to me buying it CPO and mileage hardly changed. I recall asking the dealership if that was just trading between dealers and now I can't remember their answer! It didn't deter me at the time.

No the CPO coverage expired but you could research some 3rd party coverage providers if that interests you.

Just a quick update:

Good news - decided to go ahead and get front bumper replaced at dealer. Garage company insurance co picking up the tab. So car will have brand new oem bumper (no license bracket holes in case buyer wants no plate).

Bad news - car will be in shop until at least the 17th or so. Happy to answer any q's though in the interim.

Car is at 43.2k miles and not likely to move much from here.

Dealer finished front bumper replacement - looks great! Glad garage insurance covered $2,300 (gulp) bill. I brightened pic as garage lighting wasn't great.
