Looking to purchase an e90 or e92 but DCT only. Also only looking for 2011+ and prefer LCI over a single hump but open to options. My price range is anywhere from $30,000 to $40,000k. Also looking for low miles like cars below 50k miles. Rods being done are a huge plus and actually would like if they are already done. No crazy mods or anything such as a super charger looking for close to stock or just slightly modded. Thanks so much for reading and hope I'm able to find the right car! Just recently sold my Evo 9 and entering into the M3 scene for the first time.

I mean I've been back and fourth with about 8 sellers now. Either comes down to they are too attached to the car and back out of the sale, some major issue comes up that they are hiding in PPI, or I'm just too slow on the trigger and they get taken before i can get ahold of them. But yea i completely agree that 40k+ is gonna be the best example cars right now in this market, but I've come across some cars in the close to 40k range that suit my needs.

100% I've looked at over 20 cars now and PPI'ed around 8 none of them are either up to my standard or someone just trying to dump a problem on me. I have a lead currently on one out of state so I'm hoping it works out. Thanks for the advice though, it's always good to hear one more person telling me to wait. This whole process is like pulling teeth i just want a car like tomorrow haha it's been a few months now I've been in the market for a E9x
