Nalley BMW in GA is the worst though. Please, if you’re in GA, don’t ever take your car there for service (IMHO). Parts is amazing there though. Next worse is Gwinett Place BMW (United BMW too, oddly enough).

Agree with both your points. Have purchased several from United and a couple from Global Imports. Global was not great to deal with. Same sentiments around Nalley on the service side.

Interesting that Kelly BMW didn't make the list. They treat me like gold, both with the purchase of my G30 and the service on my older cars.

I can echo this experience, too, though Delray Beach service department has treated me fairly well recently.

I’ve had good experiences with Nick at Bobby Rahal. I bought my G80 from a Cleveland area dealer due to availability but I plan to have my service done at Rahal since they are an M center and they are pretty close to me.

Confirms my decision to never buy from my local Tampa dealer. Been reading that list on here probably 8 years now and they've never featured once. Somehow they still seem to be doing a very brisk business though.

BMW of Westchester is great for service, Justin is the man. However, their sales team has gone downhill and absolutely sucks. I got the most incompetent salesperson and his so-called "sales manager" you could find on the planet.

My dealership for my 550i, 2018 M4 C and 2022 M4 C are not there, but to be fair, the just moved out of their old shop and showroom into brand new digs just completed a couple months ago. I hope to see them on there next year. No excuse now that they have a state of the art show room and shop!

My local dealer is not on the list and I can attest as to why. Every visit is a painful view of inadequate workforce in use. I have probably spent over 40 g’s there and never purchased a car from them as a result. If I don’t tell them precisely what part to replace they throw the parts bin at my cars. I would drive to other dealerships at this point despite the inconvenience.
