Battery Register - Socal Area

Anyone available to assist on to register / program my battery? I got it new 3 years ago, and now it went out, I'm assuming i needed to register it, though I got the same exact specs and thought i wouldn't need it. Not sure if there is a way to troubleshoot if specs are correct or not. Currently I'm about to call AAA to charge it and test alternator... TIA
