The calipers pads even the rubber seals have the company name. it's made in the same factory that makes the actual OEM brakes.

I'm just trying to find out if anyone knows the measurements for the rear knuckle axle for the brackets that hold the rear calipers.
That information does not come up with the VIN.
Lmfao.. cmon...

BBK update!

It's been some time now and here is where I ended up with the brakes.
During the ordering process the Chinese company asked me for the " steering knuckle measurement"
To my surprise, everyone I asked about it could give me an answer. Even after searching online, could I find the information.
I ended up going to a tire shop removing the wheel and disk brakes in order to measure it myself.
Due to that and some last minute expenses upgrading my RAM truck. I ended up deciding to cancel the brake order.
The cancelation process was a pain in the ass and took my very experienced negotiating skills to accomplish the desired outcome of a full refund of my initial deposit.
I believe the only way was able to get the refund, was because they had a delay fullfing the order due to their Chinese New Year factory set downs. It delayed the order over a month and Alibaba's policy would most like side with me for just cause.
It did take me two weeks of arguing back and forth and them begging me not to cancel.
In the end, I feel like I'm happy that I did spend so much money on a suspect product.
Now, if anyone has some upgrade OEM performance M brakes for sale that I can use on my 2011 E93 M3, please let me know.

No, they always ship everything together, since shipping is expensive. The front set was ready the rears were delayed. Since, the delivery was past the 30 estimate, I was able to cancel and get a full refund.

Maybe your prayers worked and you seed me a lot of grief.

I'm curious now to see if anyone has any experience with the GT350 Brembo conversion kit for the E9x M3?
It looks like Mustang set up works on the E9x all we need is a adaptor bracket.

I'll look into it and see what I can find out.

Input is welcome.

I'm in the process of getting these, thanks for confirming the rear axel knuckle measurement on our M3s Brasilcat. I decided to pull the trigger on these based on these experiences:

Got my Bramboss installed 2 days ago

rear brackets were perfect (thanks to Brasilcat's measurements of 86.5mm for the rear axel knuckles on our e9x m3s). fronts needed some slight filing. the supplied brake lines had some fitment issues so went with separate SS brake lines.

all in all, pretty happy with them!

Chinisium BBK

Hi Mate,
I'm glad it worked out for you.

I had another member who experienced some issues with fitment on the rears.
Enjoy your set up.

Cheers.

I think I have some Chinese brembos that the last owner had repainted to ///M stripes, so far so good. Better than the stocks on my first m3

It's very possible. You would hope people would disclose everything about their cars. But, I also understand the hesitation. You say the brakes are not name brand. I'm sure people would back out of the purchase!!

BMW E90 M3 BBK upgrade

So here is the route that I took on my BMW 2011 E90 M3

I acquired two front 6 piston Brembos from Alfa Romeo Gulia/Stelvio Quadrafiglio 2.9V6. Apparently these calipers have a total piston displacement of the OEM M3 front caliper. This is important so s that you don't have to source a different master cylinder on the braking system and keeps the cost of the retrofit down.

Next I purchased custom made caliper adapters that allow the correct mating of the Alfa 6 piston calipers with the geometry of the BMW E90 M3 caliper mounting hub and rotor . This adapter was purchased through freakyparts.co.uk. They make all kinds of caliper adapters for customers that want to adapt multi piston caliper upgrades for various vehicles.

I purchased new braided steel brake lines, Carbotech 1521 pads, and stock rotors to complete my hardware. This approach of a BBK upgrade allowed for me to keep the costs of the upgrade relatively low since I was keeping the stock sized M3 rotors. I spray painted the alfa calipers using the G2 caliper paint in BMW caliper blue paint and installed the M decals. My upgrade looks like a factory option and brakes wonderfully.

Big day

I delayed my BBK purchase for a long time.....
Yes, I didn't give up entirely on the idea, as i believe I mentioned before.
Today, I finally got the BBK kit installed.

The word, you ask? It's awesome

It looks great! it fits great and they work great!
I'll will wait a little longer, to allow for a proper break in period and then I'll test it out in the canyons.

More information to follow.
