Price check - 2008 E92 M3 6spd 85k miles

Seen E92 M3's price EXTREMELY varied recently, and just want a decent guess of what my car would go for.

General things:
85k miles
6MT
Alpine white on fox red
4th/5th owner
1 small accident posted, fixed no damage
VA owned
Garaged until 2020 when I bought it. It stays on the street unfortunately

Maintenance: (much more extensive, I'll only list general work)
RB done @65k~ with BE bearings and ARP bolts
New clutch & DMF @60k
Subframe & diff bushings done @80k - 95A AKG Black poly bushings
Belt, tires, ALL fluids (except coolant), brakes all within 2k miles. Not including rotors.
Rear rotors @65k. Front rotors have small lip.
Spark plugs @70k
Differential was replaced with a used one around the same amount of miles

Mods:
Performance:
Valvetronic designs race midpipe and valvetronic designs axleback
RTD motorsports V0 mini short throw shifter. (plus dssr)
Gintani tune. Comes with non burble and burble tune.
Some - not top tier brand - intake (prev owner installed)
H&r springs

Cosmetic:
F9.5 / R11 Forgestar F14 Super deep concave wheels on decent tread F: 235 dws06 / R: 295 PS4S
Custom headlights (diy 7/10 quality job) Cut rings, cf eyebrow, cf housing
Mashimarho alcantara steering wheel
REAL cf interior trim from autotecknic - including console trim.
Real cf mirror caps
Pom performance cf Gt4 front lip
Pom performance cf side skirts
Pom performance High kick spoiler
Unknown brand HM style diffuser
Gloss black side vents & hood vents
Gloss black front grills
LCI tail lights
Red gauges
Bumper covers

Well taken care of. Lots of little things have been maintained.
Street driven, but I have drifted and pushed the car more then your average driver.
Underneath the car looks great. No rust. Some random fender liner bolts & headlight bolt washers missing, some undertray fiberglass parts are destroyed. Engine cover, braces, suspension, diff all in great condition underneath.
Suspension is all in good shape.
Some body panels are a little un aligned ie front bumper, side skirt, hood, and rear bumper, but not extremely off, just a note just in case; they're only about a few mm off.
Paint has some small normal scuffs.
Front bumper has a one inch ding in it. Happened on transport no clue how it got there.
One wheel has a 1 inch gash, 1 wheel has a 1 inch curb rash, and one wheel has about 3 inches of curb rash. All repairable though.
CF mirrors (from rw carbon) are in bad condition. 1 year owned and they are missing clear and have obvious cracks/scuffs. Repairable with new clear.
Side skirts, front lip, and spoiler have small dings / scratches.

That's all ! Let me know what you'd list for and what you think the most fair price would be for sale near Richmond VA. Thanks!

low miles there for an 08, but there are a few things that i think would prevent top dollar on this:

previous accident on record
misaligned bumpers, panels
not a rare spec, but 6speed does help

If you have some of the OEM parts, i'd put it back to stock as much as possible. Nothing against your mod choices, but the mods/brands aren't high end to warrant paying any extra or value. You'll have better luck selling in a more stock form @ starting at $28-30k and being flexible on the price. Be prepared for people to offer $25k.

$28k due to 6spd. Mileage is reasonable, but 1st year model. The mods are a put off, sorry.

Just curious, no hate everyone has opinions but what don't you like? I feel like my car is like most m3's, cf bits and an exhaust. At least, that's all that would skew the price at all. If you don't like the little things, why bother telling me? Post was for a price check.

Because those little things are hurting your resale.

...? what little things are you referring to? All I can think of are the red gauges and the headlights. Everything else is mostly desired, most e9x owners throw on a spoiler and lip. I added side skirts, diffuser, and cf interior. Exhaust choice is common. Shifter, tail lights, wheels, springs, steering wheel, mirror caps are all small but STRICTLY plus on resale and if not they don't hurt resale. Aaaand that's the mod list... what's hurting my resale here by a MARGINAL amount?

Having bought an 2008, original owner, dealer maintained 84k mile, AP/Black manual, my take that’s it’s not a car I would have been interested in. But that’s me. I would list it as is. If it doesn’t sell, return it to stock as reasonably as possible. This assumes you are not in a hurry. See if there is interest at $32.5k?

i'd get rid of the red gauges, most of the CF, and maybe even the shifter. then list at 30k. chances are you'll maximize your $ by selling some of those mods

Just purchased my E92 this month and have been in the market for the past 6 months. I would have valued your car at $27-29k.
