WTB: E92 M3

Hey guys,

Looking to buy an E92 M3. I'm located in New York but willing to travel or even get it shipped.

I prefer these things:

2010+ but will consider 08 and 09's
Carbon Roof or Slicktop
EDC
Both single and double hump are fine
Under 60k miles
Manual (DCT is an option but manual is definitely preferred)
No grey interior
No jerez, space gray, white, jet black exterior
Prefer rod bearings to be done
Stock or modded is fine
Clean title only
Looking to spend around 40k
