Key fob doesn't work often. NOT THE KEY'S PROBLEM?

Hello it's been about 3 month owning this car!
around 2 month the key fob worked okay.
(no comfort access option)
easy access worked fine(holding unlock then window rolls down)

but recently car seems cannot read my key then I have to push 10~20 times to get it work just a brief moment. holding unlock to roll my windows won't work most of times because it disconnects right away.

but inserting the key, car starts with no problem at all.
problem with my car is only with lock, unlock the car.
it doesn't work even if I'm standing right next to the car
and both of my key has the same problem so I guess it's not the battery.

what can I do to solve this problem?
looks like there's no other ppl having this symptoms...

you mean car needs a new battery?
not the key?
I'm not sure car doesn't runs out of battery not turning on for a week. starts just fine.
