Help! Wheel feels unusually loose. Dealership said nothing is wrong.

Ok long story short, I don't know if this is just my imagination but suddenly this week I feel that my driving wheel is really really lose. I mean I can make turns using my 2 fingers basically.

My M3 is only 2700Km old but one thing I'm not sure if it is related. One month ago I switched to 18'' snow tires. However I didn't feel any difference right after the tires switch. The tires however were balanced incorrectly and I was driving it for a week and felt the wheel shaking a lot. So I had it rebalanced and everything is fine. Only after the rebalance did I start feeling the loose wheel. Could I have possibly fucked up something by driving the car while having the wheels unbalanced?

I brought it in the dealership, they said they did some test drive and also did the 2000KM inspection and everything is fine...Any ideas/suggestions?

put it in m-mode with the servotronic on high and see if there is a difference

Yep I tried that, servotronic set to sport and it's not as stiff as I remembered it first day. Again, these things are hard to quantify so I could be just making these things up but it really feels different...

In fact, the statement from the dealership says -

"M MODE NOT ACTIVATED IN THE THE I_DRIVE, ACTIVATED M_MODE IN THE I_DRIVE TESTED ALL OK AT THIS TIME".

What does that even mean? M mode is a button on the steering wheel isnt it??

Steering effort is pretty light at slow speeds on this car man; I can also turn it with 1 finger. However, it should firm up once under way. Probably your imagination , but drive another M and you'd know for sure. Good luck.

Seriously though, I am sure its fine, the weather we have been having around here sometimes make the tires feel a little different I find with the winter tires.

Also, in regards to the M button, you can control in the idrive what settings you want for for it.

Right, that's what I thought, but the description from the dealership people didn't make any sense to me

No, aftermarket 18'' rims and tires

I would do the following:
1) torque the wheels to spec and inflate/deflate the tires to spec
2) if 1 does not help, take it to an independent BMW shop (preferably one that does track prep) and have them check it out. They will lift it up and check the suspension for play. It will cost you .5h of labor but peace of mind will be priceless.
3) if 2 doesn't help at least you can attribute it to a different feel that is not because of some defect.

Wow, I notice this a few times when I am backing out of my parking sport and start turning the wheels to the left and I felt the that the front wheels got loose at a bit... I am not sure if this is the same loose feeling you experienced.
