Air quality in Germany/Switzerland?

How is the air quaility in Germany/Switzerland. I had planned to take ED on April 21st but had my flight canceled.

I am in the process of rescheduling. I think i know the answer but has there been any noticable ash in the air or ground that could damage paint or get into the air box of my new M3???

Don't worry - There's nothing falling from the sky & there's nothing different from the air quality here in Stuttgart.
