FYI - he's in Dallas not Miami. Like me, he ordered his wheels in the sept/oct timeframe. We corresponded during that time regarding our concerns with the lack of follow-through/failure to meet committments by 360. So I know the guy is not the "competition" and is commenting based on his experience.

360 Forged is now banned on 6-speed too. Not a good sign, since that board LOVED them.

Yes I just read that and was about to post but you beat me to it. I sure hope my CC company comes through on the disputed charges...

But look at his posts. He hardly has any number 1. His last 10 or so posts are calling people out like watrob, DarrenJ, m34Jlp, etc. He keeps saying "oh look at their IP address its the same as 360 and they work for them" when none of those people are associated with 360 let alone some arent even in the same country.

I know he had a bad experience but what he is doing is lying and slander.

Not taking sides but just stating the facts

Companies come and go, yes I waited 5 months and 1 week for my wheels which is way to long and it makes one nervous thinking you may never recieve them. And if I had to order them again, unless a guarantee of 6-8 weeks could be given and until others are getting there wheels in that time frame I would only do it again then!

And 360 is not the only company that needs improving, I now have ordered goods from Xenonmods and paid for via there website, have received no emails, they do not reply to MY emails at all, no acknowledgement of the order other than the first payment receipt and no email to say goods have been sent.

Have had a friend email them also and he has had no reply, its like they have just disappeared, even emailed there hotmail address as well, no reply!

Well...I am indeed a 360 supporter, however, you can search through all my posts in the recent weeks and not once have I said that their customer service is what it should be...EVERYTIME I speak to Miguel I tell him how much they need to change their customer service. The reason I support 360 is because I do think that they have the absolutely best looking wheels out there, flip through their 360 Brochure and tell me that one set of their rims is actually UGLY...you simply can't!

Apparently, there have been some major changes at 360 in regards to production. They are guaranteeing 4-6 weeks production time...so I suppose we will have to wait and see

Sad to see all the horror stories in every board out there. I guess something is not right

The whole thing for me was weird. I had the same issues everyone has posted here by in Sept/Oct/Nov timeframe. Everytime I spoke to anyone at 360 - they were kind, responsive and apologetic for the problems but the problems kept coming up. I ultimately took delivery of a set of different wheels than what I ordered and they were nice wheels. I've since sold them as I wanted something I could track the car with since I don't view 20" wheels suitable for track use.

In any event, I was really frustrated with them by the time I did take my wheels and the experience left me with a negative opinion of the co. Just wish the co. was well run. So the lingering question in my mind is - are they poorly run or some sort of scam/money laundering operation? They could have really mopped up on the biz IMO if they had their act together.

I have been made aware by a very reliable source that the original ownership of 360 is DONE with regard to the company, and another group has purchased the assets. This is why new orders can apparently be filled in a timely fashion, while old ones are less than certain, to say the least. This information is consistant with what I read on MBWorld as well. So, all of the folks who are speaking about how great 360 is or will be may be right, simply because the ownership is new - it's not just a matter of improving production processes, etc.

I believe this to be true, as I have heard this from a few sources!
Not sure if Jordan is still in the picture or not
