I'm thankful for any discount as well...but truth be told, I'm only considering this NOW, in the middle of winter because of the possibility of a good discount. Otherwise I'll keep my dollars in the bank and wait till the spring. Time value of money! That might be something ESS can factor in? I'm sure a lot of others in the cold states are in the same boat.
