Up for sale is my garage queen e92. I am the second owner. Bought this car in Aug 2017 with 34555 miles. I bought it from a retired doctor in Pennsylvania who ordered it to his spec. As stated by him and his wife this car has never been outside overnight. Always garaged. Since I have owned it the same applies. Extremely clean underside proves this. I have all the BMW service records from his time as owner. All services up to date. Since I have taken over ownership I have performed ALL maintenance and upgrades myself with the exception of the blower motor wiring recall. I am a 10+ year experienced ASE GM mechanic. It is my second car so mileage may go up slightly.

Maintenance-
I have all printed dealership records of maint from previous owner until my purchase.
In the 6754 miles that I have owned the car I have done the following...
- Oil change (oem oil and filter) @35022 miles
- 4 new ps4s tires (5-22-18) (275/30 front, 295/30 rear)
- hood strut
- brake fluid flush
- battery
- spark plugs and belts changed during S/C install
-Oil change during S/C install
-Oil change @40560 miles 3-20-19

Mods-
STILL HAVE EVERY STOCK PART. CAN BE INCLUDED OR SWAPPED WITH SALE
- Swapped interior wood trim for aluminum trim
- IND blue start and M buttons
- 35% tint on driver and passenger windows, 20% tint on rear corners and rear glass (llunar ceramic with lifetime warranty)
- OEM m5 shift knob
- P3 vent gauge
- Maxton front lip
- Bomiz valved exhaust
- Topspeed quad resonated catless xpipe w/ minicat spacers
- Brand new directly from ESS, 625 kit (2-20-18 @38058miles) This brand new kit has only 3251 miles on it.
- Painted front corner markers
- Tow hook mounted front plate bracket
- Carly programing for DVD in motion, no warning message at startup etc..

Thanks. Ya I would prefer to sell the car as is. The blower really makes this car keep up with modern cars that have now surpassed what it made stock.

I may be interested in the car if it's still for sale. Unfortunately, my IB E92 just got killed by an inattentive driver, yesterday. Once insurance figures everything out, and my tail bone heals up, I'm going to look for a replacement. A supercharged E92 remains as a very interesting proposition.

Didn't see it mentioned, but were rod bearings ever replaced?

Car is pending sale as I have a buyer flying in Wednesday. Will update this thread follow the visit. Rod bearings have not yet been done. Those were gonna be my winter project this year if I kept the car. Sorry to hear about yours.
