2011 e92 zcp 6sp 34k miles
Chadd, located in Southern Indiana, near Louisville, KY. Well, it's time to let the ole girl go. I just don't have time to drive her as much as I would like to and she just sits in the garage. I am the 3rd owner and this car was meticulously maintained since new, garage kept and rarely ever seen rain or bad weather. It has nav, sunroof, cold weather, carbon trim, most every package I believe. M sport exhaust and bright white angel eyes. Oil and spark plugs were just changed and when in the garage, has always sat on the ctek charger. This M is near perfect condition with very minimal wear. Tires are Michelin pilot sports and have 50% or so tread left. It has a clean carfax and maintenance is up to date. Also have build sheet, some manuals and both sets of key fobs. If interested, let me know if you have any other questions. I have more photos if an interested party would like to see more.

i don't know why this car at this price isn't getting more love.... i think it is the best buy on this board right now. to the seller....suggest you be patient. and consider listing it on BaT? GLWS. no way this car won't sell at your asking price.

Not sure what BaT is though if you could point me to it. I contacted EAG and Evan said they would sell it for no less than $40k, but I wouldn't get near the price I want out of it if I sold it to them. So I decided to see if there would be anyone interested here at a lower cost than what they would be asking.

I think this car is priced just right. If it was mineral white, I would already have been in touch.
6MT, no accidents, comp, low mileage, dedicated owner that hasn't modded the thing to hell and back - those things are hard to find... This looks like a great car at a fair price. Good luck OP |

Submitted the sale to BaT and waiting approval.
Update.... Anyone know why BaT would not accept my car? They said they have just been inundated with cars at this time and have to turn some away. There are no other e9x's even listed. Last edited by Spoolin1; 06-19-2019 at 03:49 PM.. |

i'll throw out a few more recommendations as someone who spends far too many hours every day watching BMW M auctions on BaT .... 1) set it with a low reserve, or better yet, no reserve. 2) hire a professional photographer for a couple hundred bucks and get pics of everything including undercarriage 3) assemble complete service history to the best of your ability (see what your bmw dealership can pull up from prior ownership if you haven't already done so) 4) consider a including a blackstone oil analysis and paid dealer PPI 5) bidders will likely ask for paint meter readings..... consider buying one and getting ahead of the curve with that....or maybe take it to a body shop and have them do it (and take pics on each panel of the reading) good luck! very exciting and keep us posted please! |

I did reach out to BaT to see if they could give me some insight on what the reasons were that they didn't accept it when they just sold a similar but older m3 last week.

BTW, my parents do have a lift, so I can get some really good pictures of the under carriage and things for the listing and my wife has a really good Nikon camera we can use. I'd rather not pay a professional to take photos if I don't have to.

Make sure you when you submit your car you can live with the reserve you set because they will try to make you accept a lower reserve so the car sells. I had a terrible experience with BaT but was partly my fault for not reading the fine print too closely. Basically, if the car does not meet reserve but comes close they can apply the 5% buyers fee to your price to get you to the reserve and sell it. My car didn't meet the very low reserve they made me take (I thought for sure it would sell for much more) and they sold it. I was prepared to bid on my own car and pay the 5% fee if it didn't reach my price but I didn't because it didn't hit the reserve. I was then called by the buyer even though my screen flashed NOT SOLD and lost my shit. So make sure you stick to your price or don't auction it there.

Hopefully someone on here may want to pick her up, so I won’t have to mess with BaT. I’m open to reasonable offers. |

This is a beautiful car, can't believe it's not sold yet.
Mine is submitted to BaT and accepted but have been waiting since June 1 for them to list it. I am losing patience and if they don't get their act together soon I will list it myself elsewhere. Not too happy with them right now. Good luck with this sale. Edit: To be fair, it's going live next week. Last edited by timothy2001; 07-04-2019 at 07:59 AM.. |

The car does look great - but man those pictures don't do it justice.
Find a buddy who owns a camera (or at least a new smartphone with a good camera), take some pictures of it at dusk with some good lighting and it'll probably be gone in a week. Gotta make people lust over it.

Have to disagree fellas! It's not his photos that is causing this not move quickly, it's simply the fact that "Silver" is not a sought after color on a E92 M3. There are so many silver M3 listed and parked at so many dealerships across the country because the color is Quite boring. Just my 2cents
