We don't need any more drama...
Let's not go with who is right but what is right. Look at the facts and evidence and try to draw a conclusion from there. My vote goes for AA if the data I read from MPowereds car shows excess of 8,450 RPM while the supercharger was fitted (based on mileage). If the ECU readout doesnt show this, I vote for MPowered. And this isn't necessarially a vote against AA, as it could have been other factors that caused the engine to fail. There doesn't seem to be any conclusive evidence yet that it was a problem with their s/c build or detonation, etc..

how is it drama? the poll is doing exactly what you are saying but letting the forum know how each individual feels about situation and what conclusion they have drawn. its anonymous so no hard feelings there

Ok.. Can we have a third poll option though? It's not this black and white.

Manufacturers defect...
Still on the fence.. Not sure.. I'm reserving judgement until I read the OP's car.

it sounds like someones being a whiny baby because his engine blew up and he had to pay for it himself. yeah it sucks but tbh, you should be prepared for this to happen if you supercharger your m3..
