Well, we know the M4 won't be in the 911 Turbo S or GTR territory by any means. The new m3/4 might be around the straight line performance of a 991S or C7 Vette but won't touch them on the track.

And the Z28 barely beat the Turbo S given it had semi slick race tires with a 60 tread ware compared to the turbo S' 220 tread ware. Equal tires the Porsche beats it easily.
