Unless gas prices skyrocket, I wouldn't be surprised if I swap mine out for an '11 E90 or '13 E92 with very low miles at some point down the road...

I think that price is pretty good. I own basically the same car (AW E90 M3, 6MT, black interior with carbon leather, tech package, navigation, cold weather package, headlight washers, etc, etc.) It has 50K miles on it but includes 2 year/100,000 mile Certified Pre Owned (through BMW). I would sell for $38.8K. Its a few months pre-mature, but I don't think I will list it for $44k or anything like the OP has "experienced."

I would never buy used with more than 10k miles...the beat on those things has got to be high.....

I too hate paying too high a price...I ended up buying a 2011 with only 9k miles...it cost me about 54k....based on the prices out there and what I got for my Vette I was really happy with this price...not to mention it was the Competition package and was fully loaded with every option available!! Gotta keep on your toes and buy them quick cause they go like crazy...

The good thing about the prices not going lower and prices sticking is you wont lose as much when you sell it...
