Got Turner Stage 1

Saw a special for Turner Stage 1, for $600 bucks why not.

The car seems to be a little smoother and pull a little harder but its nothing drastic.

sounds about right. most gains are from an aftermarket xpipe with no cats.

I’ve been enjoying my alpine stage 1 tune. Most noticeable change is the exhaust sound. Sounds more sporty when upshifting, the note is high to low. Overall the car drives better as well. Well worth it.

I run Randy's Epic Stage 1 tune right now, when I get a Carbon Plenum I am going to upgrade to stage 2. He is fantastic to work with, very responsive, and didn't mind sending me a revised tune ASAP when I needed it. I highly recommend Epic, they have been an OG BMW tuner for quite some time. (and usually provides the best power numbers according to dynos I have seen) Also I like that you send the file for your car and he updates that, my tune is specific to my car, not an "off the shelf" one. I feel like it offers the best performance and maximum safety.

Not at all. No difference to the exhaust loudness whatsoever.
