Ha ha...go Ajax-Prime! He finally bit the bullet after much deliberation. Watching everybody get the tune made me want to get one too...but alas...I refrained.

*Bark Bark*

I seem to have the dog of the group. With an MS filter and ES exhaust, I pulled 309/227 baseline, and after 20+ pulls, Jeremy got it up to 326/246, iir. Disappointing, but what can you do, really?

This was about 10:15AM, so it hadn't warmed up yet.

The M5 never got going; it apparently has some issues to sort out.

For those looking for the dyno charts, we'll be posting them up Monday once Mike and Jeremy email them to us. The results were very impressive all around and will be worth the wait.

I was amazed by how noticeable the power increases were throughout the entire rev range. My rear tires were breaking loose in all sorts of places where they weren't before. I can't wait to get a little more rubber back there. Even better than the power increase is how much smoother the power is delivered everywhere. I was somewhat worried that there might a lot of hype surrounding PC, but they more than lived up to their reputation and exceeded my expectations.

Nawaaz's car is so loud that it literally made a kid cry and almost made my head explode, but it put down ridiculous power on the dyno, especially after PowerChip got done with it.

Tinpot's car got some very nice gains from just the Fabspeed X-pipe with HFCs (his RDSport exhaust didn't make it in time), and this setup is awesome. Sounds just like stock down low (no concerns from a daily driveability standpoint), but roars when you get on it. I loved it and am strongly considering adding this to my Dinan axle-back. I really can't think of a reason not to add it.

Thanks again to Mike and Jeremy! I enjoyed meeting you guys.

With my current mods, AFE filter, Rogue Pulley, Riss Racing X-Pipe w/ HFCs, my base dyno run was 331 HP and 250 TQ.

After the tune, I was making 351 HP and 255 TQ. The car definitely feels smoother and stronger all the way through the power band.

Mine got programmed and is on the way back. Unfortunately I'm leaving town for a week so I won't know how good the "goodness" is...

Congrats Nawaaz. Our cars are very similar in paint, options, and mods. Are you planning on dynoing it on a Dynojet to hit that magic 400 whp number? I would love to get our two stripped cars together sometime for some comparisons.

I wouldn't mind putting my baby on a Dynojet. Perhaps I will in the future.

And I would love to get together sometime if you ever come to the DFW area.

New Exhaust

Hey all - got my RDSport exhaust installed tonight and it sounds great

The exhaust has a deep tone at idle and under 3k rpm. On the gas, the Fabspeed x-pipe takes over with a nice rasp. Hoping to get with Frank this weekend to make an update to the exhaust video. I'll also get another dyno at some point.

For anyone not named Tom or Nawaaz, have you received your dyno data yet?

Tinpot got his yesterday.

New thread will be posted today or tomorrow with everyone's dyno and trip information.

I am a bit behind playing catch up. Sorry I didn't get it to you sooner. Thanks.

Finally got mine in. I'm liking the better throttle mapping, it doesn't lurch near as much on tip-in and small throttle applications. Boost pegs out in the mid range (0.8 bar is as far as mine goes) and it definitely has more mid-range power. Due to the scheduling of events at the dragstrip it probably will not be until Dec. 11 that I will make it out there to see what the gains will be vs. the stock ECU by swapping them out. So far, so good. I still haven't tried a dead-stop launch yet.
