I have a competition package E90 on ZCPs for what it's worth.
If you have access to a 3d scanner(makerbot, 3drobotics etc) please offer up the scan of the bracket

You're gonna need a small spacer otherwise it's gonna be REALLY tight in the barrel.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a scanner and the brakes are already installed on the car.

I haven't driven it yet because I'm waiting on completing the AA Stage 2 install.

It's super tight. I installed a 12mm spacer, which I was planning to do anyway.

These brakes are gigantic.

Indeed. I was all excited without the spacer, backed out of my driveway and heard scraping lol

HERE is a link to our fitment template, just print it out and you can test fit it to any wheels!

Have you seen any of those 380mm BBK's with that wheel? If so, just take a peak at clearance.

For what it's worth, the inner clearance of the ZCP wheel blows, so maybe you'll get lucky and be able to fit that wheel over the brakes without NEEDING a spacer like us ZCP guys.

Oh dang I don't think this is an 18" wheel friendly kit. The clearance is literally enough to keep the wheel moving but it scrapes - and that's on a 19" ZCP without spacers.

I installed this kit on my M3 with ZCP wheels and 5 mm spacers. Clearance was tight but "enough". HOWEVER, in HPDE use (heavy braking and high temperatures), there was flex and/or expansion which resulted in scraping of the caliper and wheel. This occurred on both wheels. I was sent 10 mm spacers, which I will install this spring before my next HPDE track day.

Despite me aggravation at the damage caused by the optimistic fitment using the recommended 5mm spacers, the brakes are a significant improvement over stock M3 brakes. Temperatures were reduced by at least 100 deg F (I think it was closer to 150F, but been a while). Longevity of the pads should be greatly increased. They also look great!

I definitely feel your pain there. I actually bought a set of Stoptech 380/355 brakes so the calipers will clear my 18" Volks.

Did you use a pyrometer or the brake disc paint?

PS, post a photo!

Bumping this up since the full F&R kit is on sale for $29xx...

Any more reviews or testaments over time?
Is it possible for those to repost their pictures? They are down now.
Anybody know the piston sizes to calculate change in brake bias?

Thanks!

I bought my car 8 months ago with this set-up already on and have nothing but praise. zcp wheels with 12mm ecs spacers and studs and 255/35/19 pss tires.

like BombaE90 said earlier; I've always been a big fan of "OEM plus" style mods.

the rear is stock so I will paint the hats black. also looking for an "oem" blue caliper paint for the rear ... any brand suggestions?

I’m just reluctant to use spacers.

Any photos?

G2 paint is supposed to be the best but not sure if their blue matches.

I've had 6 different m3's and every one has had spacers with no issues ...

That’s fair and most have no issue. But many do. I’d just prefer to avoid them if I can. Unfortunately they’re needed for these calipers.

Perhaps another option is ECS 2pc rotors F/R (OE sized) with Slonik’s Brembos which are made for OE E9x/F8X rotors. Would end up being very similar albeit 360mm, but with a bias closer to that of stock.

The OEM M4 rear caliper bolts up. Check out the other thread. Might be worth it to you to make it all look consistent

I have had the front kit for 3 years now. Had a minor issue with fitment but was with the gold kit they no longer offer. I also converted the rear ceramic gold caliper from the f80 just recently.
