Anyone know a reputable exhaust shop in San Jose area that has experience modifying the OEM E90 exhaust?

Appreciate the help.

Try Babe's on The Alameda in SJ. Kurt is great at custom welding work for exhausts.

I went to minute muffler in Dublin. Great guys, did it in like 1 hour. They've done many of them so they are super familiar about the mod. Highly recommended. I paid $150 only.

Call them first before going there. They get super busy like non stop busy so scheduling an appointment is needed.
