Stuck spacers?

Anybody have issues with spacers being stuck to the hubs? Is there some kind of lubricant I should put on before spacers?

We always apply anti seize to the hub after it is cleaned up.

If they are non hubcentric I sand out the inside before I install so they are a loose fit on the hub.

The 3 and 5mm macht schnell spacers I have were very tight on the hub which made them next to impossible to remove without damaging and theres no reason for them to be like this. Unfortunately they don't sell spacers separate from lugs so it will be $$ if you damage them while removing.

I have this issue. My CH-Rs hold water in the hubs and they rust like crazy. I use WD-40 (don't get it in the lug holes) and then I use a screwdriver and a hammer to tap lightly on one of the other holes to get it to spin. Once it spins, I remove as much of the rust off the hub as possible and lightly pry one side them the other to wiggle it off.

I've only ruined one so far!

I had to do the same on my rear 15mm ones. The damn things were stuck... It took forever to come loose at which point I can pitch them now since they are scratched to shit.

Sucks. Oh well... Live and learn.
