Talking BBQ Thead and udpates

To all,
First of all want to Thank you guys for making this happen. I usually have an event once a year and this one is more of a Forum gathering than anything else. Also many thanks to the forum members who has been wanting to help out in any ways. Forum Power.
So here it is. BBQ Party and M3ET at Raja’s House. This is not limited to M3, but to all people who love cars and food. This is an open invitation so if you didn’t get an e-vite don’t sweat it, Nobody did.
Lastly this is non-profit event so hopefully no one is pissed off for any reason. Come enjoy and hang out..
Here are few of the ground rules:
• Food will be provided. I will have chicken, burgers, sodas, chips, corns, and fruits. Majority of the funds have been provided by Red Baron (Luc’s girlfriend). She was generous enough to contribute for the good cause. I will supplement the other half. The rest is brought to you by Forum members who volunteered early on.

kmarei - Drinks, cups, ice (as always Karim is chipping in to bring Sodas)
N8N - Plates and utensils (Nate Thanks)
Super Amjo – Napkins (We need a lot of it, at least I do if you ever seen me eat)
azzuro – Charcoal (please bring the prelit ones please)
Raja - Grill, meats, house (yes sir that’s me)
JagXKR – Dessert (Thanks Jeff)

I need few more things from the shop that I will pick up today/tomorrow. I know few others have volunteered but exchanging PMs / email at the last minute might be too hectic, so if you want to Donate some $$ in lieu of bringing supplies and labor, that would be great. Again this is an option only.
Mike (MDOSU, repping Ohio State Univ lol). suggested we have name tags. I think this is an excellent idea. I will have name tags for those who wants to put a name to a face. If you chose not to do it, I will not be offended.
Hope to see everyone tomorrow. Thank and if I missed something sorry about it. Too many things to do, not enough time.
Raja

Bring them anyway, if Huy doesn't get it. I am sure someone else will.
If all else fails, I can always get them SOLD as I have many customers who are looking for them and can save them $$$.
