Tritium tubes have a half life of 12.5 yrs. At 25 yrs will have lost 1/4 brightness

I knew about the tritium, luminox says they have borosilicate capsules or something and last 25 yrs. Didn't know if it was still the same process or another.

Yeah Im not what they use to be honest. I't's a good looking watch and you don't see too many people wearing them (like rolex lol). I wear my Gshock 90% of the time.

Great thing is that Torneau carries the brand now. Mine was bought from authorized dealer so it comes with full warranty (3 years left on it now).

I like to mix it up myself. Having dozens of different brands rather than multiple of one line.

I just picked up a Panerai PAM 111 last week! Really looking forward to getting some custom bands for it. I love the manual wind aspect of the movement. Feels really nice on the wrist too.

I'm thinking a PAM would be my next watch as well...but thinking one without the crown guard. Keep it a little less obvious as to what it is...

Radiomir possibly. Crown guard is little irritating as it digs into you at times also. Similar to other big crowns like u-boat or tw steel canteens.

I'm not finding the crown guard to be an issue at all with irritating my wrist. Personally, I wear my watch in two different positions on my wrist so I've never had any issues with any of my watches.

I don't in daily casual wear but do at work. For that I prefer something with more dress sized crown because of comfort.

I get my watches made bespoke in Switzerland by 121. Generally, to match my suit colour. Currently have a blue Zenturio and a black Challenger, but I'm prompted to get a new Edmond to match the Anthracite Grey of my new F31. The CHF 68,178 ($74,996!) Delance might suit my wife but this is rather beyond our budget!

I'm thinking about one of those flip style ninja turtle watches I had in the 80's.
