3 buttons next to the stick

Hi guys, I just picked up an 08 E90. I noticed my buttons on my stick console are broken. Does anyone know how to replace this? Does it just pop out? any help would be appreciated.

You could technically pry them out if I remember correctly, but to stay safe I suggest you take off the center console trim. There are some DIY's floating around this forum. The three buttons are all one piece (so you have to replace all three) and held in with clips.
