e90 m3 DSC problems

Hey guys I have a 2008 E90. Recently while driving on the high way The dsc light came on with the Brake light and check engine light, And sent the car into limp mode. The code that comes up is 0x5e19(24089) [5E19 - Can Dme / DDE, Engine Torque Is Not Adjustable Currently Present: Invalid signal: Warning Lamp on ] I've tried putting the code out but it comes right back on. I 've put our scan tool on the car and occasional get a drop in the pressure reading at the left rear wheel. But the brake functions fine. The little bit of info I can find on this code points to the DCS/ ABS unit on the fire wall. Has anyone else had this issue or fixed it. I'm trying everything before taking it BMW dealer. It's a big kick in the nuts being a mechanic and having to go pay those clowns to diagnose it for me. Any help would be awesome !!!

How old is the battery? A lot of times these odd warning light issues are from a dying battery. Don't know why, but it seems to happen a lot.

Turned out to be the dreaded throttle actuator. A grand later and about 45 minutes she's back running like a top

Thanks for following up and letting us know! Glad you're back up and running. Of course, one might wonder how much longer before the other actuator goes out...should we be replacing in pairs?

I probably should have changed out the other one while I was in there but just couldn't bring myself to drop the extra cash just yet. Haha It was bank 2 so the driver side actuator.
