How often you change your oil?

I did mine at 7k and sent it to blackstone for analysis and they told me the oil is still good. They said push it to 10k next time and send it in again for checking. Do you guys wait for the idiot light to go on or you just change it at a set interval?

Blackstone told me the same thing but I like to keep 6k OCI's. Gives me a piece of mind.

I dont see the need to see how far you can go in between oil changes. I change mine every 5k-7k always even though blackstone says its good for more.

I change it at least twice as often as the indicator shows

If I'm tracking it, every few weekends

Same here, it's $200 insurance.


and I change every 5k or so, depending on the last oil change (If I drive less than 5-6k for the year I'll change it at the end of the year)

same here roughly 5000 miles even tho report says can push for longer. also like the peace of mind to see the oil reports every 5000 miles.

Every 5k miles. Probably a bit often with my driving style but fresh oil gives a good feeling + maintain value the day its time to sell. Oh, and OCD so can't help myself...
