As long as you are willing to cover the additional shipping, yes.

U.S. shipping is $16 and Canada is $33 FYI, therefore $17 additional so $382 shipped.

It should, but I would verify with your local shop or dealer. FWIW I have an 08 M3.

This originally came out of an E90, but I verified with multiple sources that this will work in an E92 M3 with iDrive. Vehicle will need to be coded at shop or dealer for sirius and you'll have to re-arrange MOST bus fiber as well. I've attached a file with the official instructions.

Following the instructions posted above, is this something that can easily be installed without having the car throw codes and/or bitch in any other way?

I understand that the car will need to be coded after it's installed.
