19 x 9.5 sdc fronts with 22 offset and 19 x 10.5 sdc for rear at 18 offset? Double check my numbers though

Your numbers are wrong. 19x9.5 +22 SDC will NOT clear the M3 front brakes according to Forgestar. If you want 9.5 +22 you'd need to drop down to a less aggressive concavity profile. If you want 9.5 SDC front, then +13 would work but poke out pretty badly unless you run -2.0 camber or 245 tires. 19x10.5 +18 rear would work but that's pretty aggressive and a weird recommendation over a 19x10 or 19x11. Not sure why you would spec a 10.5, you might as well go 11 if it's a custom order anyway.

My recommendation:

Front 19x10 +20 275/30/19
Rear 19x11 +27 295/30/19 OR +33 305/30/19

Or you could run 19x10 +20 275/30/19 square if you want to be able to rotate and/or avoid the 10wk custom order wait time.

Is there rubbing with the 19x11 +27?
