Question any other original owner ultra low mile cars out there?

Just checking in. I'd like to compare notes (maintenance and any issues) with any other original owner (ideally so complete service record is known) ultra low mile cars. 14k miles on my '11 E90.

I'm calling 14k miles ultra low because 30-60k miles seem to be advertised as "low miles" on a nearly 10 year old car.

I didn't want to bother unless I found some other owners to share with. Anyways...

Never above 3K RPM until oil is at temp. CTEK battery tender 24/7. Castrol 10W60 yearly. Brakes/clutch/trans/diff fluid and coolant every 3 years. The only failures I've had so far:
- original battery died after 8 years.
- both front ABS sensors, which happened to fail within 50 miles of each other around 12k miles.

The important issue: rod bearings. Yes I've searched. I haven't found anyone that replaced them before 30k miles.
Wondering if any common issues like throttle actuators fail due to age, not mileage - which is certainly possible, but is it probable?

I have 08, bought at 20k miles from original owner.

I replaced RB right before or at 30k miles as I supercharged and starting building the car to a track oriented vehicle.

Before the transformation only maintenance:

Oil, trans, diff, fluids. Battery, the Idrive knob, and ICV. I'm replacing the ICV again at 45 miles.

I think at 10 years regardless of the miles you should and can expect rubber rot/cracks, and combination mechanical/electrical components like the TA's or ICV, to go.

I replaced my rod bearings at 18K miles when I bought the car. Engines have failed at less than 10K miles. It is all a numbers game.

As long as the car runs and gets hot every few months, nothing else should be of worry. Actuators fail when they fail. Change them at that time. And dont forget to change the brake fluid as it can absorb too much water, even if it is just sitting around. There is a procedure for this that involves ISTA+.

Cheers,
