Just removed these from a recently acquired E92 M3. No idea which brand they are and appear to be fiberglass construction with a carbon overlay. A few minor cracks but hardly noticeable once mounted.

Local pickup here in Santa Barbara only as I am not going to bother packing and shipping such a large and inexpensive item.
