Cold start idle

I have a 2011 competition m3 with Dinan free flow exhaust and test pipes. It has a stage 2 tune by bpm with a cold start delete. I initially threw an o2 code and replaced the sensor. Now when I start the car after its been sitting for a while I will get a slight erratic idle on the cold start. The idle jumps twice then levels off. Spark plugs were just changed about 2k miles ago. It has 59k miles at the moment. What could be causing this?

Could be an idle control valve. I used to get this too when running 10w60 oil. I have noticed it go away after going 0w40. Not recommending any oil here but suggesting what worked for me. Changing my o2s this week!
