Then I looked into them and realized I needed to schedule an appointment for them to bring a car to a location? All seemed shady so I decided it was a bad idea. |

I just received my M3 last week via shipping. I flew to Dallas, TX to view it. I will make a post soon when I take my own pictures!

I buy a lot of cars and I am sorry this happened to you. I recommend who ever buys a car out of state and has it shipped, have the shipper picking up the car verify its condition and be in communication with them before it gets on the truck. Their are so many ways to get nailed on a used cars these days. I am very OCD and always run the seller into the ground on the purchase. Not sure many know some shippers will take them off the truck and put them in waiting areas for other trucks to pick up the car. You need to ask how many times the car will be pulled off the truck and if their are any holding areas on the route. My thought have always been the more the car is moved or touched its has another opportunity for someone to get damaged. A Friend purchased a Ferrari and found out the Truck driver used it to pick up his girlfriend on a night over stop while driving by his home town. He parked the trailer removed the car took the girl on a date and reloaded the car on the transport. Crazy world we live in I always say Trust is earned not given. Wish you luck.

Funny thing is they are bidding on my car on eBay. If for some reason they make a run at buying it I'll probably pull their bids. Out of our principle I won't sell my car to certain people or buyers. I already turned away a young kid.

19. He also offered a lower price point than I was comfortable with. I typically dont judge people but the way he presented himself when he came to look at the car, smelling like pot and requesting a test drive, it was a no go for me. I polite-fully denied the sale, chatted with him a bit and shook his hand. Nice kid but I just won't sell it to anyone.

I dont care if someone smokes pot, I have nothing against it. But, when coming to look at a car and asking for a test drive, rubs me the wrong way. Top that with a low offer, not knowing its NA V8 and not turbo charged.

F**K Kelly Motorcars! I hope anyone who sees this, my IG and FB account will think twice about doing business with them! I've NEVER had such a negative experience with a company in my life! They stand for everything that is wrong with owning a small business! I have pending complaints against them with the BBB, Yelp, Google, State Board of Vehicles, Manufactures, Dealers and Sellers and Attorney Generals office of Pennsylvania and I have not heard ONE word from them. Their whole philosophy is to just ignore me.
