Used 08 M3 Availability

Whats the availability on used 08 M3's? Especially in So Cali? I've looked up alot of different sites and although there are a few that go in the high 40k's/low 50k's, I see alot more priced just as much as new 09's pretty much.
What do you guys think the availability of used /new 08'Ss will be in August/September? And will prices be lower?

One couple (6M) is just listed in Seattle CL list w/ 7K miles for $50K. That is a pretty darn good price IMO.
