08 Coupe $45,900, is this a deal?

I have located a used 2008 Interlagos Blue M3 Coupe for $45,900. It has Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Carbon Fiber Roof, Silverstone Leather, 18" wheels, EDC and iPod connector. It does not have Nav or iDrive.

At first, it seemed like a great deal. But without Nav or iDrive is it really? --Car has 4,100 miles.

THANKS!

If it's a clean title, I'd say it's a good deal. You'd miss M drive, but otherwise it's fine.

Sorry for the ignorance, but what is M Drive? Is it different from the "Power" button and EDC controls?

M drive is the "M Button" on the steering wheel, with presets you can choose for throttle response, EDC, DSC, etc. Sort of like a customizable sport-mode.

not sort of, it is exactly that!
I think having M drive is part of having the current M experience

Many members will tell you that the Tech pkg (with m drive) is an absolute must. I ordered my e90 m3 about 2 weeks ago and I skipped the Tech pkg on purpose. Not because it's a $3k option, but because I want pure simplicity in my M3's driving experience. And therefore, I ordered a stripped M3 with only Interlogos Blue Metallic and the anti-theft alarm option. My MSRP on BMWUSA was $56,625. I negotiated my way to get $56K out the door.

If you're unfamiliar with what "m drive" is.......It's basically the middle setting between DSC (dynamic stability control) ON and DSC OFF. It provides an additional safety measure while while pushing your M to the limit on the track.

Honestly, I feel it's useless and it's just another way for the manufacturer to make additional money from the client. Many have wished that BMW would have included "M mode" as a stand alone option, but that's not the case. I strongly feel that I will not regret not getting M mode and the tech pkg. It's just not my taste to make the drive more complex with the minor tech gizmos that BMW has to offer.

You're confusing M-Drive with MDM

Yes, you're right. The M-drive just sharpens the steering and throttle response, right? If I'm correct, I've read that the M-drive doesn't make the car faster.....But it only makes the car feel slightly more sharp, but still not faster by any means. Please correct me again if I'm wrong. thanks.
